Volunteers Needed for Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse Tours
Volunteers are needed to help conduct tours aboard the Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse. Volunteers work in teams to greet and register visitors and to interpret this National Historic Landmark lighthouse. Please register via email to TPSL@verizon.net.
New volunteers should start by contacting tpsl@verizon.net. The seminars are designed so that new volunteers can start right away, but volunteers who miss the seminars can still learn what they need to know as the tour season progresses.
We depend on experienced docents to come to the seminars to describe their experiences, answer questions, and ask their own questions. The seminars are highly interactive.
Interested people should send an email to tpsl@verizon.net .
