2014 Photo Contest Results

Twelve photographers entered the 2014 Chesapeake Chapter Photo Contest. The photos were displayed at the celebratory picnic where Chapter members voted for their favorites. While participation was a bit low (there wasn’t a lot of time for entries to be submitted), all the entries were very good and we appreciate those who participated. The categories for the 2014 competition were:

  • For those 12 and under there was a drawing contest. Draw your favorite lighthouse.
  • Black & White Photography
  • Sunrise/Sunset
  • Special Effects (do what ever manipulation you like)
  • Abandoned Lights

And the winners were……

The first place for drawing goes to Serenity Love who entered a wonderful drawing of the Ft. Washington Light – a fitting entry given the picnic was held at Ft. Washington Park.
